Arriving​

On each trading day please ensure you are at the venue at least half an hour before opening times. Park in the dedicated stallholder parking as directed.

The earliest you can arrive on Saturday and Sunday is 9am.

Setting Up and Closing Down

Setting Up​

All stands must be set up either on Thursday evening the 7th of Noivember between 6 to 8.30pm or Friday the 8th of November from 9am to 3.30pm, time slots will be offered to evenly spread the setting up.

ALL Stallholders must be back in the venue by 5.30pm on Friday evening.

​

We request that you and your products remain with your stand during fair trading hours.

Closing Down​

Take down will commence when all customers have left the building on Sunday afternoon. DO NOT start packing away until it has been confirmed no customers are in the hall.
