Rules for the Event
As well as the terms and conditions you've agreed to with your application, below are a few extra points we'd be grateful for you to follow whilst trading with us over the three days of the fair.

Stalls
All stall spaces will be 1.5 by 2 metres (New Talent space is 1.5mtrs x 1.5mtrs), which includes space behind for you to stand. Spaces will be marked and you will be directed to your space on the day. A more detailed floor plan will also be available on Set Up.
Your trading space will be allocated at the organisers discretion, our aim is to create an appropriate mix and flow of people and the products throughout the hall.

Display Space
Please consider your display. You MUST leave space for yourself and anyone helping you to stand or sit behind, and you will be next to other stall holders. Tables may be butted together so that space for egress and ingress is available - see floor plan for details. Please allow access space for yourself and be considerate of access for your neighbours.

We are having to be strict with space, and in order to be fair to all stall holders we ask that your display fits within your allocated space and that you don't infringe on your neighbour's stall.
If you do have extra equipment please be aware that the layout is now FINAL so please redesign your layout to fit into the space allocated.

No display equipment to be in front of stall: ie Card Spinner, Print Browser etc.

The organisers will be checking all stalls to ensure they are laid out safely and not impacting other spaces, and the venue staff will be checking that anything electrical is connected safely and has been tested.
Set Up
All stands must be set up either on Thursday evening the 7th of November between 6 to 8.30pm or Friday the 8th of November from 9am to 3.30pm, time slots will be offered to evenly spread the setting up.
ALL Stallholders must be back in the venue by 5.30pm on Friday evening.
We request that you and your products remain with your stand during fair trading hours. Take down will commence when all customers have left the building on Sunday afternoon. No Stallholders to start packing their stall until all customers have left.

General
No smoking, vaping or pets behind stalls (with the exception of assistance dogs)
No work can be hung directly onto the venue walls, and we ask that you don't bring any pop up advertising banners.
All electrical equipment used must have been pat tested in the last year and the relevant certificates provided. To obtain PAT testing certificates just google search and you'll find a local electrician that can do this work for you for a small fee, but book in early! If you'll be using electricity, you must connect directly to the points available and not add additional extensions to these points, these may be removed.

Come with a fully charged mobile phone and card machine. Be aware that there is wifi in the hall but no mobile signal.

We want to promote a creative and supportive environment for all traders. If you have an issue with another trader, we ask that you speak to one of the organisers rather than sharing your views with other traders. We will do our best to resolve any problems. We want all of our traders to have a successful and enjoyable weekend.

Penryn is a cash free site, there is no cash machine and the parking meters are card only.

NO SLEEPING IN VEHICLES ON SITE OVERNIGHT.
