In the case of an emergency during the fair and including set up and take down, please alert one of the organising team or volunteers. We will have a welcome stand near to the entrance of the hall where you will be able to find someone to help. In addition to this Beth Garnett will be available for First Aid situations that may require more than just first aid, her location is marked with + on the layout plan above.

Fire Muster Points​

In case of an evacuation please follow the instructions of the Fire/Evacuation Marshalls, Sally, Emily, Claire and Rebecca to calmly exit the building at the nearest emergency exit and proceed to Muster Point 12 as per the map below.
