There will be free tea and coffee for stall holders throughout the event and volunteers ready and willing to make it for you. Please bring your own reusable cup for drinks.

Stallholders box of important stuff

It's always useful to have a small box of tools at a fair/market, it's also a great way to make friends with and help out fellow traders.

​

In our box we always include scissors, tape, string, pegs, pins, a pen and notebook, paper bags, or other recyclable packaging relevant to your products, extra card or labels for any pricing that you may have missed, a cash float, a card machine (there are various brands on the market that charge a small fee for processing transactions) and don't forget your business cards to generate future sales and opportunities.

It might be advisable to bring along a rechargeable power pack to ensure both phone and card payment machine are fully charged throughout the day.

​

Be creative with your display and show off your products at their best. As it's a Christmas fair, battery operated fairy lights are a great and easy way to add a little sparkle to your stand.

Documents to bring​

Proof of Public Liability Insurance, Pat Test certificates for electrical equipment and your Risk Assessment. You may be asked to produce these at the event.
